How do I register for the Zurvita Freedom Crusade?

To register for the event, go to www.conventioneventservices.com. At the end of the registration, you will be provided a link which will take you to the Hilton Americas Houston’s special registration website.

Do I have to pay for all the room nights at the time of registration?
|
|
A:
|
No. You will be required to give first night room and tax deposit, but the remaining room nights will be paid directly to the Hilton American Houston upon Checkout.
|

Can I register early for only the conference, and register later for the hotel and still take advantage of the Early Bird Special of $159?
|
|
A:
|
No. In order to take advantage of the Early Bird Special ($159), you must register for the hotel at the same time. If you are not staying at the hotel, the registration fee is $179. We have a limited number of room nights, and they are on a first-come, first-served basis, so make your reservations early.

When does Early Bird registration end?

Early Bird registration ends 5:00 PM CST, December 31, 2008. To receive the Early Bird price, you must have registered prior to this time. Registrations submitted after January 1, 2009 are at the Late Registration price of $179 (with hotel) and $199 (without hotel).

Are minor children allowed in my room?

Yes, children are allowed in your room. There is no additional charge for children staying with you.

Can I get a reserved seat at the Zurvita Freedom Crusade?

There are no reserved seats for the Zurvita Freedom Crusade. Seating for both the meeting and the banquet is on a first-come, first-served basis. Seats may be selected when the doors open. Therefore, it is important to be there when the doors open.

Are meals included in the meeting fees?

Included in the meeting fee is the banquet Friday night, and a box lunch on Saturday. All other meals are on your own.

Is there transportation from the airport to the hotel?
|

A:
|
There is Express Shuttle Service between both George Bush Airport and Houston Hobby Airport to the Hilton Americas Houston. You can find the Express Shuttle counter adjacent to Baggage Claim at both airports. Fees from George Bush are $24, and from Houston Hobby $18.
